well, it's Saturday and Christmas is over! Wow, all that shopping and it's over. Moving onto a New Year and I'd like to wish everyone a very Happy, Healthy and prosperous new year. 2009 was a difficult one for my family and I'm praying 2010 is a much better year or at least not as bad. My brother passed away in June 2009 and that took it's toll on my parents. I'm hoping the upcoming year they will be feeling much better.
Did everyone get what they wanted for Christmas? I ate too much, as usual, and I tomorrow it's back to my healthy diet and no more cake and sugar.
It's rained all day and the snow is melting but it was very nice having a white Christmas it's been long overdue.
Keeping up with class work during the holidays is moving right along only wish we had the time to just relax and not do any work but that's a dream lol.

ReplyDeleteI am so happy to have all the shopping and rushing over with. On Saturday, I was able to spend time with my children. That was my favorite gift, to not have to do anything but be with them.
I am sorry to hear that 2009 was so difficult for you and your family. It is especially hard when you are missing a family member during the Christmas season. Although its been 4 years this Christmas since my mom went to be with Jesus, I will always have bittersweet moments when I think of her. She was my only and best friend.
But we always have Kaplan University to keep us busy, while we travel through our lives journey! lol As stressing and life consuming as it is, the challenge of keeping up and doing our best is invigorating and almost addictive!
I am still having some issues with my project, the references and thesis. Perhaps you could look at my paper and give me some guidance. I would appreciate any help you could give.
I wish you all the best in 2010. Just remember no matter how hard things get, the Lord is always working upstream to help you.

ReplyDeleteI hope that 2010 will be better for your family also. I gained 5 pounds! I ate too much sugar. Now, I am trying to go to the gym and squeeze in my work clothes.
